“Go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Teach them to observe all things that I have commanded you.  And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” - Matthew 28:19-20

We believe that we have been called to use the gifts God has given us to reach unbelievers for Him and to encourage, and build up His Church.

Prayer Request from Paraguay

You can be part of our ministry here by praying for the following needs:

Juan Carlos is an 11 year old boy we met at our second show today.  The show was in a poor neighborhhood.  Juan Carlos was sitting right in the middle of the crowd of kids, and he was clearly  understanding some of the illusions we perform.  Afterward, I spoke to him through Megan, an 11 year old who is the daughter of one of the missionaries here, and a new friend of Rose's.  I told Juan Carlos that I could tell he was very smart.  I asked if he did well in school.  He said 'no' which didn't surprise me as he had all the characteristics of ADHD.  I told him it didn't matter, I knew he was smart anyway.  I was told later than he almost never goes to school because he spends his days begging at intersections for himself and five siblings.  Pray for this very personable and bright kid.

Josephina is a teenaged girl who was at the same show.  After giving everyone a bracelet that represents the Gospel story in colors (see prior blog) she asked for more so that she could tell her friends the Gospel and give them bracelets, too.  Pray for her missinary effort with her friends here in Paraguay.

Our shows, especially on Saturday the 17th.  This is Children's Day, a big holiday here.  i'll tell the story of this celebration another time - it's fascinating - but pray that many come to this open air show in a park.  Pray that  the Gospel message is clear and effective.

Ronaldo is a man who goes to one of the local churches.  He has been very sick, including amnesia, for a day or two.  He is now doing a bit better, but he attributes his sickness to a spelll that was put on him by his sister who is a practicing witch.  The doctors did not have a diagnosis for his illness.

There will be moree requests to come
