Annual Report for Casco Alliance Church for 2021
Supreme Court Jesters
While Covid-19 has continued to impact this ministry, there were considerably more opportunities to share the Gospel in 2021 than there were in 2020. In addition to approximately a dozen ‘specials’ during our Sunday morning services, I did a total of 51 other shows. These were in a range of settings including: camps, churches, nursing homes, and chapels at WCA. I even got back into one jail on a Saturday, although they have remained primarily closed. Many of my other regular venues have remained closed as well, and I am hoping they will open back up in 2022.
In 2021, I have also put up new videos on and blogs on my website. I have shared original videos to other sites, including the Christian Juggler’s Association, the Mahalia Jackson Appreciation Society, the Amy Grant Fan Club Page, the Melanie Appreciation Society, and the Soweto Gospel Choir’s facebook page.
My student jugglers, LOL, did six shows in 2021, as well as putting up a variety of videos. We also invented the first annual juggling Olympics, which allowed the students to continue developing their skills in a new and creative way.
As always, I am working on new routines and improving old routines that I think need to be taken down off the shelf and dusted off for reuse. No doubt I’ll try them out in church on some Sunday mornings.
Special thanks to Casco Alliance’s support for our ministry, as well as Byron’s for helping keep the ‘show on the road’ in a variety of generous ways.
