“Go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Teach them to observe all things that I have commanded you.  And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” - Matthew 28:19-20

We believe that we have been called to use the gifts God has given us to reach unbelievers for Him and to encourage, and build up His Church.

Living Waters Christian School

Today my 12-14 year old juggling troupe, LOL, traveled 15 miles to Living Waters Christian School to do a program at their weekly chapel service.  After our last show, which was our weakest of the year (read about it in my previous blog) we were all hoping to knock this one out of the park. We were not disappointed! While I'm sure there would be spirited discussion if the kids were asked if this was better than their show last month at the Lewiston Root Cellar, but today's was, in my opinion, comparable.

Living Waters is a beautiful school of about 70 kids from elementary through high school.  All ages came to the chapel service, and all of them seemed to enjoy the show; the teachers did too.  Our juggling routine was flawless, from Gideon's opening with three balls through Will's diving somersault over Ella's bridge and Sam's double flips with clubs and Hunter's usual flawless diabolo, they were great!  Davis and Goliath brought the house down, especially Goliath's Philistine fan girls.  Will was his typical hysterical self as the the foolish builder from Jesus'parable.  But the thing that topped the morning (performance-wise anyway) was their machete-medley.  We have five kids juggling knives now, and they all did perfectly.  Then Sam brought out the battle axes.  Total uproar from the crowd.

But better than any of these show highlights was the class's energy and effort. From loading the van at school before leaving to setting up, to the little things that are not little at all- getting on stage quickly, bringing energy to the stage, facial expressions, etc- they were great.  I'm really proud of this class. Yes, they've come a long way as performers, but mostly I'm proud that they take direction, work hard and all get along with each other.

Keep up the good work, LOL
